Office space is one of the most endemic ways a brand communicates its essence, and opening a new office is always an exciting time.
Aldrock is delighted to announce the opening of our Manchester office.
Since we opened our doors in September, the last few weeks have been about settling in, but we’ve now firmly made ourselves at home.
A collaborative approach
This new location strengthens the Aldrock presence and enables us to work closer with our ever expanding Manchester client base and collaborate on projects.
Managing Director, Guy Shorrocks, said:
“We are delighted to announce the opening of our new Manchester office. This new facility is located in close proximity to some of the world’s leading construction companies. The location will give us access to a very large pool of clients in the region that we can use to fuel the continued growth of Aldrock”.
We believe that the type of office space is paramount if you want creative employees and technology to facilitate successful thought development, and spark bright ideas. This particular space in Manchester supports the various stages of the ideation process, and gives us a new way of working that ensures our clients are involved. Plus, Manchester is primed to support in this process from a digital and connectivity perspective.
Aldrock’s new location
Certainly external factors must be considered when weighing business expansion options. And one of these factors is “location, location, location.”
This is one of the reasons we chose a waterfront location in the Digital World Centre – right opposite The Lowry Centre – which has a great view over Salford Quays and is one of the most exciting developments in the UK, Media City.
Logistically, it’s also super convenient. The MediaCityUK Metrolink station is only 200 metres away with trams getting you into the City Centre within 5 minutes. There is also plenty of public car parking facilities to the Quays, and a Park & Ride service. Additionally, the business centre is close to the extensive motorway network, and Manchester International Airport is only 20 minutes drive away. Salford Crescent train station, a mile away, is on the Manchester to Preston Line and operates a regular service to Manchester Airport and Manchester Victoria.
We also have some great neighbours, including BBC, ITV, the Lowry Outlet Shopping Centre, and the University of Salford. The stunning location also houses plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars and shopping facilities. Telegraph Media Group, Regus, Eagle Eye Solutions, Fast Web Media and a number of other digital and media-related companies.
Opening the new office demonstrates Aldrock’s long-term commitment to our customer base in the city and beyond. It will be our pleasure to play hosts to new and existing customers in a such fantastic, thriving city.
