Aldrock Secure Outline Planning in Goosnargh

We have recently obtained planning permission for a development of 65 houses in Goosnargh. On 6/12/2018 the decision was made at a committee meeting held at Preston Town Hall to approve the proposed development located off Whittingham Lane on the southern side of Goosnargh Village. The proposed development will incorporate a variety of house types from 5 bedroom detached houses to smaller 2 bedroom houses catering for first time buyers. The attractive scheme will provide plenty of open space and retain as much of the natural features of the land to help minimise its impact on the local wildlife as well helping the development fit seamlessly with the stunning village of Goosnargh.
