Part L of the Building Regulations outlines what designers and builders must achieve to meet the standards. In April 2014 the regulations are due to be amended making compliance more onerous and possibly more expensive if advice is not gained at the outset.

With a simple outline plan of the proposed works we can begin modelling the property and calculating what is required including wall, roof and floor construction and even the Building Services internally.
