Brief / Description – Conversion of existing 1960s bungalow into a modern four bedroom dwelling

Highlights and Benefit – The client approached us looking to improve the existing design. We worked closely with the client to understand their actual needs and desires. The result was a dwelling that reflected the client’s requirements, whilst creating a saving of around £25,000 to the build cost, through layout efficiencies.

At concept stage we provided simple 3D models to communicate the design proposal effectively and then developed these with the actual materials that would be used. This helped us to work quickly to achieve the clients requirements and also save costly changes at the construction stage.
