Brief / Description: We were appointed by Burnley-based Culeth Construction (Motorpoint) to satisfy a number of planning conditions and to produce the SBEM Calculations for the proposed Motor Point sales building and workshop building in Castleford.

• We created a completed product that works efficiently with low running costs.
• We improved to an A rating – an exception rating for a building of this type
