Aldrock has designed and submitted an application for 17 apartments on the site of a former foundry in Farworth, Bolton. The apartments will all have an open plan kitchen/dining/ living room, one bedroom and a bathroom. Occupiers will be able to benefit from scenic views over the adjacent Farnworth Central Park as well as secure on site parking and amenity space. Development is anticipated to begin in Summer 2020.
