Aldrock gained planning for a single dwelling earlier this year. Then with our client we thought…..why not make this development even better! Our client is involved in Energy reduction, and so we began to look at an ECO home design. Working with one of our partners who offer off site modular Construction, we decided to vary the planning and build a home that far exceeds Building Regulations, in fact, the house is based on many standards required for Passivhaus Design!
