It was a substantial project for a home owner; the roof had to be removed and replaced, brickwork rebuilt and re-pointed, plus new drainage and groundworks were required too.
Comparative prices were sought before appointing an experienced and trusted builder. We then project managed everything through to completion and ensured the remedial works met all the requirements of the agreed drawings and specification with the completed scheme coming in on budget.
